Sales Director, Americas

Key Responsibilities
Conduct both direct and indirect sales in North America (U.S. and Canada), and indirect sales in other regions of the Americas (in cooperation with Neurophet HQ Sales and Engineering teams)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Attend academic conferences and exhibitions in the Americas to secure potential customers and create new business opportunities
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, etc.)
Proven sales experience with imaging devices or AI-based medical imaging software
Based in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Strong network within the U.S. healthcare market (hospitals, clinical institutions, distributors, partner networks)
Experience in revenue growth and team building within startup/scale-up environments
Extensive experience collaborating with global organizations (HQ and local subsidiaries)
Experience in building and managing a U.S. sales team (with active support from the HQ Global Sales and Service Engineering teams)

Important Information
Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Compensation: In accordance with company policy
Work Location: United States (location flexible)
Upon final selection, training will be provided at our headquarters in Korea for a designated period
